Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by contacting us at least before the scheduled visit. To cancel or reschedule, call us at (949) 998-6898 or email mason@finetech.help.

2. Late cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

3. Refunds

Hourly service fees are charged for time worked and are not refundable once the visit has begun. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a visit, contact us at mason@finetech.help or (949) 998-6898 and we will discuss the situation directly.

4. No-shows

If we arrive at the scheduled location and no one is available to receive service, Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or need to reach us on the day of your appointment.
